The third stage of our involvement in the redevelopment of Mangatangi Marae was the wharenui, Tamaoho, completed in 2024.

The ablutions include 11 showers and 10 toilets, as well as accessible facilities and a laundry

The large new wharenui was designed and built with high levels of insulation, and natural ventilation from the many discrete opening windows.
